VM Workshops Vocation Directors

Vocation Directors

Promoting vocations is not just a job for our priests, nor should the responsibility only fall on your shoulders as Vocation Director. Promoting vocations is an “all-hands-on-deck” task, and parishioners, laity, and educators must be actively involved!

We provide inspiration, ideas, and step-by-step training for priests, laity, and especially educators, to help them become vocation promoters in their own environment which then creates a supportive place where men, women, and youth can easily say “Yes” to God’s call in their lives.

Let us walk with you, whether you are a new director or a seasoned veteran, to CULTIVATE A FRUITFUL HARVEST FOR YOUR DIOCESE.

Results

Since the fall of 2022, the results from our workshops have been nothing short of extraordinary. Dioceses that once hoped for just one new seminarian are now reporting incredible growth within just 6–18 months of partnering with Vocation Ministry:

  • Memphis: 7 new seminarians!
  • Biloxi, Scranton, and Tucson: 3 new seminarians each!
  • Metuchen, NJ: 7 new seminarians—more than the rest of the dioceses in New Jersey combined!
  • Green Bay: 9 new seminarians!

These numbers are more than just statistics. They represent a deeper, more sustainable solution to a complex challenge.
