Pick a Saint/Intercession

Along with asking for God’s help at Mass, inspire youth and young adults to seek intercessory help from a saint. This activity could be long-term, with each student choosing a saint for the entire year. To make the search more manageable, you might provide a list of saints (see below) and ask them to research the saints’ lives to see which one inspires them. In making their selection of a saint to ask prayers from, they are more likely to develop a prayer relationship with this special saint.
