VMSpiritual Adoption Program
While seminarians desire to serve Christ and his Church deeply, the journey to ordination can be filled with struggles, uncertainty, and hesitation. With the help of the Holy Spirit, the Blessed Mother’s powerful intercession, and the affirmation and praters of a dedicated student or class of students, a seminarian can receive the grace needed to continue his journey.
This program involves a commitment by students to pray for seminarians by name every day through the course of the year. This could be a single seminarian, perhaps an alumnus of the school or parish, or it could be several names from all the diocesan seminaries divided among the classes and students.
No matter the form that this affirmation and prayer comes in, it will be appreciated.
